Refunds and Exchanges

At Blossoms and Bee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for store credit. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth and convenient process:

Returns and Exchanges Eligibility:

  1. Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 90 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

  2. Proof of Purchase: Please present a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, when making a return or exchange.

Return and Exchange Process:

  1. Contact Customer Support: If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to our customer support team at:  Blossomsandbee@gmail.com. Provide them with the order details and reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is verified, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA). Please ensure this number is clearly written on the return package.

  3. Secure Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit. Include the original packing slip or a note with your name, contact information, and RMA number.

  4. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

Store Credit:

  1. Store Credit Issuance: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your return and issue a store credit for the purchase amount to your Blossoms and Bee account.

  2. Store Credit Usage: Store credit can be used on your next purchase at Blossoms and Bee. It has no expiration date and can be applied to one or multiple transactions until the credit is fully utilized.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable and not eligible for store credit:

  • Gift cards
  • E-gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process, and we will issue store credit. You can then use the store credit to place a new order for the desired item.
